I've added Smith Bros Cough Remedies as a CRM account. Attached to it are Adam Smith, Owner, and Alicia Administrator, Administrative Assistant to Adam Smith. Most contact will be with Alicia. I'm assuming I received a phone call from Alicia explaining the company's interest in changing their financial software. Company Resource Management has many components in Zoho. I entered a lead. As well as  common contact fields the form had fields for annual revenue, number of employees, campaign, source. When I came to campaign I was able to enter a new one that I called Contacting Contacts. Once the lead was in the system I could add attachments, tasks, events, products, emails and notes. I added a task to make a telephone call to the lead.
