    Ship Item ->Send Invoice -> Accounts Receivable

  Inventory Count -> Inventory Adjustment

        Payment Received ->Cash Receipts

    Cash Receipts -> Cash Disbursements ->Bank Reconciliation

Hear the Music makes cough drops from syrup, coffee, and a mixture of herbs they prepare on site. Their secret ingredient. The drops also contain a natural favoring. When an order comes in the manager needs to check that the order can be fulfilled in their quoted length of time. Inventory is reordered as supplies reach re-order levels. Generally things even out over the required time frame but several large orders in a row can throw things off as there may be a wait for inventory materials.  The amount of on stock ready to ship product is enough for approximately one week.
