CRM Online Zoho Style

Company Resource Management has many components in Zoho. I entered a lead. As well as  common contact fields the form had fields for annual revenue, number of employees, campaign, source. When I came to campaign I was able to enter a new one that I called Contacting Contacts. Once the lead was in the system I could add attachments, tasks, events, products, emails and notes. I added a task to make a telephone call to the lead.

 

I added a case for an account. The account is  a non-profit running quickbooks and needs it set up properly for a non-profit. I did this as a case because so much of the solution will be applicable to other non-profits.
